CB Richard Ellis has nabbed the Commercial Agency of the Year award at the 2009 Real Estate Institute of NSW Awards for Excellence.
CBRE was one of two firms short-listed in that category, taking out the award ahead of Colliers International.
CBRE portfolio manager Peter Apostolakos also won the Commercial Property Manager of the Year award.
CBRE NSW managing director James Patterson said each individual’s contribution led to the success.
“Peter Apostolakos’ win is also an outstanding result, recognising the commitment and dedication he has displayed in his role as CBRE’s portfolio manager for the ING Industrial Fund,” Patterson said.
