BRENDAN Crotty has resigned as director and chairman of Trafalgar Group.
Brendan is stepping down due his commitments, particularly in relation to the Barangaroo Delivery Authority.
Crotty had only joined the board of Trafalgar in September 2007 and took over as chairman in November last year following the resignation of Richard Grellman who held the role for 12 months.
Trafalgar has announced that John Green will take over.
Trafalgar said Green has been involved for more than 25 years with both property development and more recently, property investment. He is currently employed with a boutique funds manager that has in excess of $4 billion under management.
