DIPLOMA Group has completed its Sky Apartments development located at 148 Adelaide Terrace East Perth.
Sky Apartments is a 22 level residential high rise development located at the eastern end of Adelaide Terrace.
The development consists of 117 apartments and 2 commercial tenancies, all of which are sold with the exception of one apartment, realising total sales of $66.5 million.
This is the first of the group’s inner city developments to be completed with circa $42 million of debt to be retired from settlement proceeds.
The company’s nearby Rise Apartments is due for completion in November.
