AN Ettalong Beach apartment development has received the HIA Hunter award for apartment project of the year.
The Ocean View Apartments, consisting of 12 brand new apartments, is being marketed by Laing+Simmons Central Coast Principal Ray Dearlove.
Dearlove said the HIA award was a win for the Central Coast market.
Ocean View apartments have been developed by Developcorp. Spokesperson Johnny Daher said the apartments represented a very good opportunity for Central Coast buyers to purchase a brand new home in one of the area’s best locations.
