PROJECT marketer, Oliver Hume, has negotiated the sale of a Southbank development site.
The off-market transaction was negotiated by the executive director Michael Duster and equates to a rate of around $5,300 per sqm.
He did not disclose details of the buyers, except to say it was a private developer well known in the apartment sector.
He added that the buyer intend to develop the site.
Tiara apartments will feature a 32 storey, 210 apartment tower – comprising a mix of one, two and three bedrooms with prices from $320,000.
