THE Aspen Diversified Property Fund has successfully completed the minimum equity raising and asset sale needed to meet all finance facility obligations.
The fund has secured the minimum $33 million, approximately $10 million of the $15 million has been raised through existing unitholders under an entitlement offer.
The fund also sold offload $18 million worth of assets, through the sale of the Riseley Corporate Centre and Champion Drive Shopping Centre.
