CENTRO Retail Trust has continued the process to separate from Centro with the appointment of two board members
CER has appointed Michael Humphris and Fraser MacKenzie as non-executive directors.
CER’s chairman-designate Peter Day said with the proposed appointment of one further director in the near future, CER will have completed the board renewal and separation process.
Humphris has over 40 years of audit, finance and advisory experience including partnership positions with BDO Chartered Accountants & Advisors, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He is currently Chairman of Virax Holdings, a non-executive director and chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee of Murray Irrigation and a nonexecutive director and former chairman of Tox Free Solutions.
MacKenzie has over 35 years of finance and accounting experience including as CFO of both Coles Group/Coles Myer and OPSM Group. MacKenzie has held senior finance roles at Pfizer, Gestetner Holdings and Smith Kline & French Laboratories in addition to various accounting positions in his early career at Royal Bank of Scotland, Hambros Bank and Arthur Young (USA).
