WATPAC and the Seymour Group have sold six prestigious land lots at Airlie Beach in North Queensland.
The sale of the land lots follow the development and sale of the luxury Peninsula apartments, located on the water’s edge in 2006. The six 400 sqm lots and attached marina berths were sold.
Seymour Group director Kevin Seymour said the sales are a good sign for the property market in far north Queensland.
“The sales represent a property market that is still going strong, despite challenging economic conditions, and we are confident our other developments and land holdings will also prove to be successful ventures,” he added.
Watpac’s managing director Greg Kempton said in recent months, Watpac has successfully sold luxury homes and land lots from Bulimba in Brisbane, to Hervey Bay on the central Queensland coast, and now in far north Queensland.
