AUSTRALIAN listed Chinese real estate developer Canada Land has confirmed plans to launch an opportunity fund.
CDL’s chairman Dr. William Yip said the CDL China Real Estate Opportunity Fund would seek to exploit the current correction in the greater China real estate market in order to achieve maximum long-term gains under the current global economic downturn.
The fund is target to be launched to the market in mid 2009.
