CB Richard Ellis has recruited Australand development manager Jason Edge to its strongly performing Parramatta industrial team.
Edge was previously a senior manager with CBRE before joining Australand 14 months ago. In his new role as associate director, he will focus on industrial sales and leasing opportunities in Greater Western Sydney.
CBRE Parramatta managing director Cameron Grier said the western Sydney industrial market was attracting continued investor interest, particularly in the sub $20 million market, with falling interest rates driving increased demand from private buyers.
