CB Richard Ellis's former Auckland managing director Warren Hutt has relocated to Sydney to head the company's asset services division in the Pacific Region.
Hutt has over 15 years experience in the property industry, covering all facets of valuation, consultancy and property management.
The new appointment follows the promotion of CBRE’s regional director asset services Sam Currurrullo to a new role as executive managing director of asset services.
The announcement coincides with continued strong growth in CBRE’s Pacific asset services business, with the first recently appointed as the national facilities management provider for the DEXUS office and industrial portfolios.
