FKP Property Group announced that Tze Hien Chung has resigned as a nonexecutive director of FKP Limited and FKP Funds Management Limited.
At the same time, Geoff Grady has also cease his role as an alternate director.
Meanwhile Greg Dyer has been appointed as a non-executive director on the boards of FKP Limited and FKP Funds Management Limited.
Dyer was appointed as the alternate director for Seng Huang Lee on the Boards of FKP Limited and FKP Funds Management Limited on November 2008 and will continue to act as Lee’s alternate.
Dyer is a director and the chief financial officer of Mulpha Australia Limited.
