REAL estate agency PRDnationwide has appointed Jim Midgley as the new national franchise director.
PRDnationwide managing director Grant Dearlove said Midgley’s employment was a coup for the company.
“After a year long search for a suitable candidate – Jim stood out ahead of the pack,” he added. “Colliers International have invested heavily in our group over the past two years as part of our Pathway 2010 Strategic Plan,”
Before joining PRDnationwide, Midgley employed 45 staff at a real estate agency until 2006 when he focussed on sales and management training.
