KNIGHT Frank has appointed Chris Smith to its health and aged care valuation division based in Sydney.
Formerly of CB Richard Ellis, Smith has over 22 years experience in the property industry.
Knight Frank valuations director David Castles said clients have been demanding quality retirement and aged care advice, particularly following recent consolidation activity in the sector.
“The current economic climate is placing pressure on asset values and our clients are increasingly relying on an efficient and accurate valuation service,” he concluded.
