Woods Bagot expands services

WOODS Bagot has expanded their consulting services led by Glenn O'Rourke.

The new service is aimed at helping organisations reduce costs and increase business performance through efficient space sharing and the power of innovative workplace design.

“New technology and current work styles allows just about every knowledge worker to be mobile within the office. With the expected takeovers that will occur in the future, the ability to accommodate numbers of staff quickly within an existing space will be required,” Woods Bagot director of the global workplace sector James Calder said.

O’Rourke’s experience includes over 25 years with some Australia’s leading companies in the fields of banking, brand strategy & market research, change management consulting, engineering and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Woods Bagot, he held the position of head of workplace design at Westpac, leading the design of the bank’s corporate environments.

Key major projects included Westpac Place, the bank’s new 74,000 sqm Sydney head office which has been recognised as a world benchmark in innovative workplace design, and most recently the Bank’s new 16,000 sqm Auckland based New Zealand head office.
