Savills industrial agents scoop awards

SAVILLS' NSW and Victorian industrial directors have won two industry awards from the Goodman Group.

NSW director of industrial Darren Curry won an award for NSW Development Deal of the Year for a leasing transaction at the Southridge development project by Goodman at Eastern Creek, West of Sydney. The lease was made to multinational company, McAlpine Hussman.

In Melbourne, Michael Green won Victorian Development Deal of the Year Award for the sale of an 8.5 hectare parcel of land at Goodman’s Amaroo Business Park in Craigieburn, north of Melbourne. Conjunctional agent, and additional award winner for the deal was CBRE.
