PROPERTY services group m3property has made two promotions at its Brisbane office.
Mitchell Bernoth and Neil Lloyd have been promoted as directors.
The company said both have been instrumental in increasing m3property’s presence in the
Bernoth’s principal focus is in the commercial and industrial markets including specialised properties such as service stations and self storage facilities.
Lloyd’s expertise extends to the residential development and seniors housing markets including prestige residential, apartment projects and residential subdivisions.
The company has also appointed Basil Simitci as a senior valuer to its
Australian Property Journal
