Trinity & Consolidate move in together

TRINITY and its wholly-owned subsidiary Consolidated Properties have moved into their new custom built national headquarters following the completion of Brisbane's newest CBD office building, The Tower.

The Tower, developed by Consolidated Properties, is a modern seven-level A-grade office complex adjoining Trinity’s heritage-listed National Australia Bank building, The Chambers, at 308 Queen Street.

The new precinct, known as Trinity Place, has an end value of in excess of $50 million and will also incorporate a ground-level restaurant and a wine bar when fully completed in early 2009.

The building incorporates 12 car parks and a net lettable area of 2,770 sqm, of which Trinity and Consolidated Properties occupy a combined 1,227 sqm (four storeys).

A further 1,543 sqm of office space on levels 1, 3, 4 and 5 is currently available with floor space ranging in size from 300 to 450 sqm.

James Montague and James Palmer from Jones Lang LaSalle are leasing agents for the building. The leasing campaign is targeting rents of $750 per sqm gross.
