TRINITY and its wholly-owned subsidiary Consolidated Properties have moved into their new custom built national headquarters following the completion of Brisbane's newest CBD office building, The Tower.

The building incorporates 12 car parks and a net lettable area of 2,770 sqm, of which Trinity and Consolidated Properties occupy a combined 1,227 sqm (four storeys).
A further 1,543 sqm of office space on levels 1, 3, 4 and 5 is currently available with floor space ranging in size from 300 to 450 sqm.
James Montague and James Palmer from Jones Lang LaSalle are leasing agents for the building. The leasing campaign is targeting rents of $750 per sqm gross.
