PROPERTY valuer Landmark White is a step closer to becoming a funds manager after obtaining its Australian Financial Services License.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has granted the company’s wholly owned subsidiary LMWI Managed Investment Limited an AFS license on September 29.
LMWI is now poised to announce the launch of its first fund in the next week.
