LEISURE and Leisure Australia has officially cut ties with under sieged Octaviar Limited.
The two companies used to share the MFS title but last Friday LLA, formerly known as MFS Living and Leisure Group, announced that the responsible entity for the has been acquired by Arctic Capital Limited.
Arctic Capital is a private equity company associated with James Packer.
LLA said it views this as another positive step in the repositioning of the group for consolidation and future growth.
