NATIONAL valuations firm WBP Property Group has opened new branches in Hobart and Ballarat.
In addition, the company has made several appointments in Queensland and Melbourne.
Chief executive Greville Pabst said the opening of the two new WBP offices provides expanded national coverage.
“Besides our North Melbourne office we now have representation in Frankston, Geelong, Kyneton, Melbourne East and Ballarat,” he added.
Daryll Timms will manage the new Hobart branch. He has been a valuer since 1974 and has worked in the Government valuation services and LJ Hooker as a valuations manager. Prior to commencement with WBP, he owned his own independent valuations company.
Stephen Lane will manage the new Ballarat branch. He has had nine years valuation experience and was previously with Preston Rowe Patterson.
In Queensland, Julian Harrison-Tubb has been appointed as state manager, replacing Sjouke Price, who has returned to Melbourne as senior valuations manager.
