WBP Property Group has launched WBP Corporate, an independent end-to-end solution for commercial real estate.
This new division offers comprehensive service in retail, industrial and office property transactions across
Chief executive Greville Pabst said the services include strategic advice for commercial sales and leasing; tenant representation: market research; GAP analysis; site identification; acquisitions: opportunity identification; auction representation; off-market negotiations; advisory services; and commercial property management: specialising in supermarket and shopping centre asset management.
WBP Corporate has appointed Antony Belcher as national manager. He is a licensed real estate agent, holds a degree in business management and is a member of the REIV.
In addition, Wesley Inkster will be appointed officer in effective control of WBP Corporate.
