Shell sells Hunter Valley resort

SHELL Villages and Resorts Limited has sold its Hunter Valley Village for a bit of profit.

The Shell Villages and Resorts Hunter Valley was sold for $3.75 million and was settled earlier this week.

SVC purchased the Hunter Valley Village back in May 07 for $3.1 million. The proceeds from the Hunter Valley sale is being primarily used to reduce existing company debt.
