The Civil Authority Safety Authority has moved its headquarters to Opus Capital Group's newly completed office building, Altitude.
CASA will move from Bowen Hills to 12-14 The Circuit in Brisbane’s Number 1 Airport Drive precinct.
Around 150 staff will be based at the $20.5 million Altitude building, which comprises four levels of office accommodation, with a net lettable area of over 4,675 sqm and more than 175 car bays.

CASA’s spokesman Peter Gibson said the Altitude building is now the national operational headquarters for the air safety regulator.

Goakes said the property had already achieved a 4-star Green Star rating and is targeted to achieve a 4.5-star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating.
The seven-year lease was negotiated by joint leasing agents Andrew
Altitude was pre-purchased by Opus Capital Group in June 2007 from Tony Havig and Neville Jensen from Dimensions Property Group and project partners Ray White Invest and Brisbane Airport Corporation, in a deal brokered by Flint Davidson of CBRE.
The building forms part of a portfolio of properties purchased by Opus Capital Group for its Opus Income & Capital Fund No. 21.
