FIL Limited the Australian funds management arm of Fidelity, a United States mutual fund company, has bought a major stake in Sunland Group.
FIL has bought 16.18 million shares in Sunland giving it a 5.01% interest in the Gold Coast based developer.
Sunland shares rose 3 cents at $2.27 yesterday.
