CBD Energy/Buildev switch on green industrial

CBD Energy and Buildev Developments are set to team up to provide the first green industrial estate in Australia.

Singleton Green in Singleton, New South Wales will see CBD Energy provide energy and water utility services based on design and technologies that will set new standards and benchmarks for Green Star Energy Rating in an industrial application.

The estate is a 346ha parcel located at the junction of the New England Highway and Golden Highway, 9kms south east of Singleton.

The site also has direct frontage to the northern Railway line, that is used to freight coal from the Hunter coalfields to the port of Newcastle. It also provides a passenger service linking Singleton with Newcastle and Sydney.
