Colliers expands Penrith office

COLLIERS International has expanded its business in Penrith, Western Sydney.

Colliers International set up the Penrith office in early 2007.

New South Wales state chief executive Malcom Tyson said the company had identified the wider outer west of Sydney as an area with significant opportunity across commercial, retail and industrial sectors.

Commercial agency specialists Matthew Neale and Bruce Annabel have been appointed as directors to build the commercial and industrial agency business in Penrith.

Both have operated highly successfully in the market for the past 15 years.

In addition to expanding into commercial agency, Russell Briggs has joined the Colliers International Penrith team as a director in consultancy and valuation.

Briggs brings over 20 years of valuation experience in the retail, commercial, industrial & prestige residential sectors throughout the greater metropolitan area of Sydney.

Briggs is also currently the senior vice president of the NSW Division of the Australian Property Institute and joins the Colliers International team after 12 years with Egan National Valuers where he managed their NSW operations.
