FKP Property Group and joint venture partner Mulpha are set to undertake one of the last substantial developments at Norwest Business Park.

The first stage of Circa will be CircaRetail, a neighbourhood retail centre of approximately 5,200 sqm including an expansive supermarket as well as 25 specialty stores.
This will be followed by TheWorks, the first in Circa’s family of commercial offerings, providing 10,600 sqm of office space over three levels.
Circa will accommodate over 10,000 people once fully developed, complementing the greater Norwest Business Park which currently accommodates approximately 25,000 people across 800 businesses.
Other features of Circa will include The Piazza, a central square creating places to meet for work or play, surrounded by offices, outdoor dining venues and serviced apartments.
