RAINE & Horne has opened is expanding and diversifying in metropolitan and regional South Australia.
And the agency has appointed a new state manager in Kevin Magee.
Raine & Horne’s new SA offices, which include Glenelg, Craigmore/Elizabeth and Yankalilla/Normanville, take the total number of SA offices to 48.
Magee said Raine & Horne will be further expanding the agency by the end of the year.
“2008 represents significant growth for the SA wing of Raine & Horne and we’re excited about what the future holds in terms of building our profile and providing real estate professionals with exciting business possibilities,” he added.
“Property management is a segment of the industry which is enduring increased demand.
“This section of a business is often the most valuable, hence, we want to better equip our property managers so that they can pass on the best possible service and advice to customers –while furthering themselves at the same time,” he concluded.
