JLL to sell Drapac's HQ

MELBOURNE based property group Drapac is selling their headquarters in North Melbourne, through Jones Lang LaSalle.

JLL’s sales and investments Dominic Gibson said the 300 sqm CBD fringe warehouse turn office at 30-32 Courtney Street, North Melbourne is expected to sell for more than $1.5 million.

The property is being offered with vacant possession.

The property is located approximately 1.5kms north of Melbourne‘s GPO and offers secure parking for eight cars and is fully fitted throughout.

“We expect the property to generate strong interest from both investors and owner occupiers looking for new digs in this popular CBD fringe area.

“Drapac have temporarily moved into CBD at 200 Queen Street whilst their new 6-star green star 14 level strata office development is currently under construction at Victoria Street, Carlton and is due for completion in 2010,” Gibson said.

The property will be auctioned Thursday May 15 at 1pm.
