URBIS has appointed David Usasz as a new non-executive director to the board.
Usasz has been appointed to the role, chaired by former McKinsey partner Kate McCann.
The majority of Usasz’s professional career, including 20 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, during which time he held senior national partner roles, has been spent on advising businesses in both the Government and private sectors in relation to management issues surrounding success and growth.
Since stepping down from his role at PWC, Usasz has taken up a number of other major board and advisory positions including being appointed to the board of the Cromwell Group, being an adviser to Carter and Spencer Pty Ltd, advising Stanbroke Pastoral Company and Chairman of Queensland Mining Corporation.
