MIRVAC Industrial Trust has made some changes to its senior management.
Nicholas Blake, currently the portfolio manager, will take up the position of trust manager effective immediately. Blake has been a member of the MIX team since 2006.
Prior to the acquisition of James Fielding Group by Mirvac in January 2005, Blake worked as assistant to the head of property and was responsible for the formation of a wide range of property funds management products. Prior to this he worked as research analyst for BT Funds Management.
Meanwhile, the current trust manager, Ben Hindmarsh, has accepted the position of trust manager to Mirvac PFA Diversified Property Trust.
