DISCOUNTED Aussie LPTs are attracting global investors. Yesterday US based global REIT securities investment firm Cohen & Steers bought a majority stake in the Commonwealth Property Office Fund.
Yesterday, Cohen & Steers bought a 5.04% stake in CPA.
The New York Stock Exchange listed entity has over $US30 billion over assets under management.
CPA shares closed 3 cents or 2.4% higher at $1.29 – below its 52-week high of $1.75 and 9 cents above its 52-week low of $1.20.
