TENANCY Solutions, an Adelaide based retailer tenant representative firm, has made a new appointment.
Ben Laycock has joins the tenant representative team of Mij Looker and David Burford.
Laycock was most recently employed as National Property Manager at The Jewellery Group where he worked on their portfolio of four brands and 130 jewellery stores. Other notable roles have included chief operating officer at Wendy’s with over 300 franchised stores in Aust/NZ, director of leasing in SA/NT at Savills; and working for the franchised Italian Café Bar – Cibo Espresso.
Looker, who established Tenancy Solutions, said he was delighted with Ben Laycock’s appointment to the team.
Tenancy Solutions is unique in that it acts for tenants rather than landlords and attempts to redress some of the bias in the marketplace. Existing clients include Flight Centre, Subway, Radio Rentals, Essential Beauty, Nando’s & Fantastic Furniture.
