CB Richard Ellis has been named the leading global brand in commercial real estate – for the seventh year in a row, according to a survey by the Lipsey Company.
The survey measures how industry participants perceive commercial real estate brands. More than 20,000 professionals from REITs, institutions, lenders, commercial brokerages, and asset and property management firms participated in the survey. Responses came from US and international real estate professionals.
