ISPT has secured three government tenants to new leases to its office building at 2 Constitution Avenue, Canberra.
The Department of the Attorney General, Australian Customs Service and the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts have all committed to the building on separate terms which commenced in January.
The Attorney General’s department has committed to a five year lease covering 4,254 sqm.
And the ACS has agreed to a five year lease with a two year option over 9,895 sqm, whilst DEWHA has signed a new five year lease over 5,686 sqm in the building.
The 19,835 sqm property, which forms part of the $6.3 billion ISPT Core Fund, is 100% occupied.
Rentals in the building range from $380 to $395 per sqm.
