BAMBURGH Properties is set to start construction on an $17 million office complex in York Street, South Melbourne.

The project is being offered to owner occupiers and investors, which are individually titled rather than strata units.
The eight offices will range in size from 248 to 468 sqm with most of the units in the mid 300 sqm range. Each unit will have an on site parking facility ranging from a minimum seven to a maximum of nine spaces.
The project also has a targeted 4.5 star rating.
There will also be bicycle racks provided for tenant convenience plus shower and change room facilities.
Bamburgh Properties has appointed agents Lemon Baxter and Jones Lang Lasalle to market the project.
