Charter Hall, new appointments & offices

CHARTER Hall Group has made a number of appointments and is finally opening an office in Melbourne to manage the group's Victorian based projects.

The group has appointed Peter Roberts as the new chief financial officer. He has held senior executive roles as CFO of DB RREEF and prior to that as CFO of Colonial First State Property. Roberts was also a property fund manager at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.

Charter Hall has also opened a Melbourne office and has appointed Paul Hudson as an asset manager for its growing number of Melbourne assets.

Hudson is working towards establishing a local development team to service its various Victorian development projects.

In addition to the group’s expansion in Australia, Charter Hall has also appointed Jonathan Ash as a development manager in New Zealand.
