Savills opens Ipswich office

SAVILLS has opened a new office in Ipswich, Queensland.

Savills’ executive chairman Paul McLean said Ipswich has a strong and diverse economic base, and from a development perspective, Ipswich still has large parcels of land prime for expansion.

“The Ipswich market is one that Savills has steadily monitored and now believes the region is on track for major growth.

“The Ipswich City Council’s 2020 Vision is now set in place, and provides the framework for a community about to embark on significant growth, and Savills wishes to be a part of that vision,” McLean said.

During the past two years, Savills’ experience in the Ipswich market has included the industrial, retail and commercial sectors, and has been mainly with new developments. Its current clients include Charter Hall, Trident Corporation, De Martini Fletcher, and the Springfield Corporation.
