A WATERFRONT resort hotel and marina property in Port Stephens on the New South Wales north coast has been put on the market.
The Peppers Anchorage and Marina Port Stephens is being offered for sale by Expressions of Interest by Bay Holdings Pty Ltd.
Exclusive marketing agents Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ executive vice president Mark Durran said the hotel and marina operating leases expire in approximately 4 years and 3.5 years respectively, presenting an incoming investor with multiple future investment options.
“A new owner will not only benefit from the upcoming expiry of the leases and current favourable tourism market fundamentals but also through a development approval to expand the hotel to accommodate additional guest rooms, parking and conference facilities,” he added.
The hotel features 80 large guest rooms and suites and the marina offers 90 berths.
The hotel also features extensive conference facilities, a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and a resort beauty therapy facility.
