FINBAR has received development approval for its mixed use development located at 59 Albany Highway in Victoria Park, Perth.
The approval paves the way for the construction of a six level 12,150 sqm office building along with 75 residential apartments to be constructed on the former Nutrimetics site.

Demolition of the existing buildings will commence immediately with construction due to commence in June 2008.
