PELORUS has secured its first Indian contract, to manage the Garuda Mall in downtown Bangalore.
WT Retail India, a joint venture between Pelorus Property Group and Indian based development manager, Assetz Property, headed up by former Lend Lease executive Ben Salmon, has been appointed Pelorus to undertake the repositioning and ongoing management of the 26,000sqm multi level shopping centre in downtown
Garuda Mall is a five level centre anchored by two department stores, Marks & Spencer and Shoppers Stop, and has over 100 specialty shops, plus a large food court, restaurant precinct and cinemas.
In addition a new four-star business hotel is currently under construction on the site.
