This accolade continues a multi-award winning period for ING Real Estate’s investment management business including the EuroProperty Investment Award 2007 for ING Dutch Retail Fund; Best Investment Manager 2007 – IPE Real Estate Investor Forum & Awards; Property Manager of the Year 2007 – Global Pensions Magazine; Fundraising of the Year for ING Real Estate China Opportunity Fund – PERE Award (Global Private Equity Real Estate Award); and the Standard and Poor’s 2007 Fund Manager of the Year Award, Australia, for ING Global Property Securities Fund (listed property category).
