CROWN has signed an agreement to takeover Cannery Casino Resorts LLC for $US1.75 billion.

CCR is owned by Millennium Gaming Inc (58%), which is a joint venture between Bill Paulos and Bill Wortman, and entities managed by Oaktree Capital Management, LP through affiliates (42%).
