NEWLY listed child care operator Early Learning Services Ltd has bought six centres for over $4.5 million.
It adds to the ten other child care centres worth almost $10.5 million the company settled during the past week.
The new centres gives the company a stable of 23 centres across
Chief executive John Hutchison said ELS remains on track to operate 46 centres by late 2008.
It also expects to settle the acquisitions of an additional seven centres by December 14 2007. A further 10 centres are expected to be acquired by approximately March 01 2008, with a further 9 centres currently scheduled to be acquired between March 01 2008 and late 2009.
