WRF Securities is moving forwarded with a name change to Viento and has appointed a new chairman.
Viento has made a number of strategic appointments to the board.
Mike Gordon has been appointed as chairman, replacing Rob Nichevich who has held the position for the past two years.
Gordon has been a director of Viento, formerly WRF, since September 2006.
Nichevich will be remaining on the board in a non-executive director role.
In addition, Ray King will be joining Viento as a non-executive director. King brings with him over 30 years experience in economics, investment management and investment consulting focused specifically on alternative assets.
