IIF appoints new development manager

ING Industrial Fund has appointed Rachel Mawhinney as development manager for commercial projects.

Mawhinney comes to the IIF from Blueridge Property where she was general manager, actively managing a variety of projects including industrial and rural land subdivisions in outer Sydney and Regional New South Wales.

She was previously the development manager for ICA and Valad Property Group where she worked on development projects and commercial investment properties in areas of high-rise commercial, bulky retail, industrial and land subdivision developments.

In her new role, Mawhinney will be responsible for the co-ordination and integration of leasing and marketing strategies.
