The mixed use development will incorporate a 144 room boutique hotel, 55 luxury residential apartments, three level basement car park and a proposed Art House Cinema.
In addition, a 16 level A-Grade office building will be built featuring 40,000 sqm of space. The building will be registered for 5 Star Green Star and offer the largest floorplates in the Brisbane CBD.

The South Point proposal follows on from the green light this month for the Mill Albion project, which will transform a run-down 1.3 hectare inner-city site into a $280 million village-inspired development based on the Albion Railway Station.
