Sunland has bought a residential development site at Picnic Point in Sydney's south west for $6.42 million.
Located 22 kilometres south west of
Sunland’s managing director Sahba Abedian said the proposed development would comprises double storey homes with three to four bedrooms, targeting second and third homebuyers.
“We expect strong interest from local families seeking to upgrade within their community,” he added.
Settlement for the Picnic Point site is expected to be completed in December this year, with work to begin shortly after.
