TRAFALGAR has ended its three months long search for a chief executive with the appointment of Braith Williams.
Williams has been interim chief executive of TGP since August this year and prior to that, he was the group’s chief operating officer. He joined Trafalgar in 1998.
Prior to that, he was the general manager of corporate finance at Nippon Credit Australia Limited and has 25 years’ experience in the corporate and property finance markets.
TGP’s chairman Richard Grellman said since August an externally managed professional executive search process has been conducted.
“Following careful consideration of these candidates and Braith Williams’ ability, experience and knowledge of Trafalgar, the board unanimously agreed that Braith is the candidate of choice to take Trafalgar into its next growth phase.
“The board’s considerable property sector experience will be fully available to support Braith Williams in his role as CEO,” Grellman said.
